We accept all returns within 14 days, counting from the day you received your order. We only accept an item that must satisfy the following conditions:
- The item is new, unwashed and undamaged.
- Mia Zia’s price tag is still attached to the item.
- The item is properly packaged in either the original packaging, or in a neutral packaging.
How to make the return ?
1. Pack properly the item in the original bag.
2. Send us an email at nathalie@miazia.eu, send us the number of your order and the details of the item(s) you would like to return.
3. Write down our postal address (Mia Zia SPRL, rue du Mail 90-92, 1050 Brussels, Belgium) on the box and go to your local post to create the dispatch. Please note that the return will be at your expense, we are not responsible for the returns.
What about the refund ?
Refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest 14 days as from the receipt of your parcel, via the method of payment used for your order, if the return was made according to the rules set forth above.
