We accept all returns within 14 days of receipt of your order.

We will only accept your return if it meets the following conditions:

• The item is new, unwashed and undamaged.
• The Mia Zia price tag is always attached to the item.
• The item is correctly packaged, either in its original packaging or in neutral packaging.

Steps : 

1. Pack the item correctly in the original bag.
2. Send us an e-mail to nathalie@miazia.eu with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Write our postal address on the box (Mia Zia SRL, 96 Drève Richelle, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium) and go to your local post office to create the shipment.
4. Please note that returns will be at your expense, we are not responsible for returns.

What about reimbursement?

Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from receipt of your package, via the method of payment used for your order, if the return has been made in accordance with the rules set out above.
